What a great read, Niklas! I really resonate with the part where you mention the need for personal space. It’s so important! My partner and I also have a business together, so we spend a lot of our work time + leisure time together, and therefore the solution we found is to have “self Mondays”: Mondays are by default our solo day to plan our week, reflect, and engage in self-care. It works like magic.

I also loved the part about sleep. I had never really thought about it this way—that we end up spending so much time together sleeping! After all, even if we’re not speaking to each other while we sleep, we’re still together absorbing each other’s energy and sharing the very end and the very beginning of each day.
